Hopewell Preparedness Plan for Regular Services

Hopewell Church Family:

The Lord has allowed us to plan to be back in the church sanctuary on Sunday, July 4, 2021. While we look forward to the day we can worship together in person, the way we once gathered will look different. We need your help with the following:

Enter sanctuary by way of the front door only where the ushers will provide hand sanitizer.

2. Make plans to attend worship service only (no Sunday School). We will continue having Sunday School/Bible Class on Wednesday nights via conference call.

3. Please bring your face mask. If you do not have one, the church will provide one for you.

4. Please sit in the marked areas only. There you will find needed items (communion elements, zip

lock bags, etc.).

5. After worship service, please discard masks, used communion element containers, etc. in zip lock bags in the trash cans provided as you leave the sanctuary.

6. Prepare offering envelope at home or immediately upon arrival at church. Fill it out at the designated area near the piano.

7. Families from the same household may sit together.

8. Please maintain social distancing at all times.
