Happy New Year of Hope

The Lord is my strength and my shield, my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; therefore, my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him.  Psalm 28: 7

This verse gives us the right ingredients for a successful New Year.  Notice the step by step guideline described.

Step 1:  Know that God is our strength and shield regardless of what may occur in our lives, good or bad.  Step out on faith by knowing it is God who strengthens us, and know without a doubt, His Presence shields us from things seen and unseen.

Step 2:  Remember it’s a “heart matter,” and it begins with a “sincere heart to trust Him with all your heart.”  Stop trying to figure it out knowing “God Got This… (and you name it).”  God is faithful, and He is going to do what He said He will do (Rely on the promises of God).  Don’t give up on God!!!

Step 3: “Recognize the “Greatness of God,”  because He is able to control the Past, Present, and Future.  We don’t have to panic when uncertainties occur in our lives because God is in control, and we must trust Him for who He is.
